Our 5 Army Cadets Scholarship Recipients
July 12, 2023One of our community initiatives at Sullivan Height Dental includes sponsoring a local regiment of the Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps in Surrey. This began in 2019 through two patients who were members—you can read their story in this blog post.
This year we have five recipients chosen by the regiment. Below are the names and a short introduction written by each cadet.

Sahibroop Khurl
I am a young high school student who will be graduating in June of 2023. I enjoy engineering and programming and have taken numerous courses inside and outside of school to help me pursue my interest. Some of these courses include robotics, electronics, and computer sciences. I am also on the road to complete a level one certification as a marine mechanical technician through the army cadet program. In the future I want to continue my pursuit of engineering at University of British Columbia. Here, I will work towards completing a computer engineering degree where I will learn the necessary skills to pursue my passion in engineering.
Arjun Kundan
I am currently a Master Warrant Officer at 3300 BCR (Bhai Kanhaiya) RCACC, this year I will be graduating from high school and I am planning on attending post secondary for general studies. In the future I plan on going into trades and working for myself.
Harprincevir Singh
I am the Master Warrant Officer at 3300 BCR (Bhai Kanhaiya) RCACC. Currently I am enrolled at KPU studying bachelor of business administration. In the future I plan to open my own business for home improvement and this financial aid will go towards my tuition for next semester.
Harmannat Pabla
Chief Warrant Officer, Harmannat Pabla, is from 3300 British Columbia Regiment RCACC. She is currently enrolled in the Bachelors of Business Administration Entrepreneurial Leadership program. CWO Pabla plans on attending law school to become a corporate lawyer in her future.
Jaspaul Palak
I had been in the cadet program for 7 years and have aged out as the Chief Warrant Officer and the Regimental Sergeant Major from 3300 BCR (Bhai Kanhaiya) RCACC.
I am honored to receive this scholarship from Sullivan Heights Dental Clinic. Currently, I am enrolled in the automotive finishing prep and body program and will be finished my first year in July. I plan on completing my Red Seal and going back to school for business. My future plan is to open my own body shop.
