Sullivan Heights Dental Inc. (“SHD”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who:

  • Visit SHD’s website or mobile site, and including any future subdomains (the “Website”); and
  • Use the Services (as shall be defined below).

To make this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) easy to read, when we reference “Services”, we are referring to the appointment request option, newsletter subscription and related services available on the Website. When we reference “Personal Information”, we mean information relating to you or other identifiable individuals.

It is SHD’s policy to respect your privacy and the privacy of all users of the Services. This Policy has been established to help you understand our commitment to protecting your privacy and personal data, and the steps we take to ensure it. By visiting and/or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or replace the Policy. Please check the Policy periodically for changes, though we will also notify you via email of any changes that, in our sole discretion, materially impact your use of the Services or the treatment of your personal information. Subject to obligations consistent with this Policy, we may also disclose information to our affiliates, agents, contractors and service providers in order to facilitate the functioning of the Services or to perform tasks that are integral to the Services, such as fulfilling requests for information or providing support services or other tasks, from time to time.

You may opt out of marketing communications sent by us by managing your email preferences by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each marketing email.

You can contact us to obtain a copy of the Personal Information held by us about you. You can also ask us to correct and, where relevant, erase that information. As mentioned above, you have the right to change your email preferences at any time.
