For New Patients

What to expect

On your first visit we’ll give you a tour of our modern facility, followed by a ‘meet and greet’ with Dr. Bajwa to discuss your past dental and medical history. We’ll update any necessary digital X-rays and take photographs of your teeth. From there, we can perform a comprehensive dental evaluation and listen to any specific concerns you may have.

This initial appointment with Dr. Bajwa, which reviews your oral health in detail, will take one hour. If possible, we’ll try to schedule your first cleaning during the same visit.

For children ages 10 and older, expect the first visit to last one hour for the cleaning and dental exam. For children under 10, the visit is only 30 minutes.

We look forward to meeting you!

We are dedicated to making your visit to the dentist as comfortable as possible. Learn how we do this.

Preparing for Your First Visit

If you are anxious about the dentist, please let us know. We have comfort management experience and sedation options if needed. Children are very receptive to their parents’ emotions – if you’re worried about the dental visit, it’s likely they will be too. Use positive language about the experience and, if your school-age child is interested, look at our library of learning materials in advance of meeting the dentist.

Forms & Policies

Please complete the following 3 forms before your first visit. If you have any questions regarding a question on a form, please call the clinic. All three forms can be accessed here.

Insurance & Payment

Be sure to bring your insurance details, as well as your healthcare number, to your first visit. Cash, credit card and debit card are accepted forms of payment for the portion not covered by insurance. Payment plans are available for more extensive work – ask us for more details.

Referrals

We value our patients putting out a good word for us. If a friend has referred you, please let us know when you arrive so we can thank them! We currently recognize referrals with gift certificates. Learn more.
