FAQS

How often should I have a dental checkup and teeth cleaning?

Answer

You should have a checkup and cleaning at least twice per year, but more frequent visits may be needed depending on your overall dental health.

Regular visits help us work together to maintain healthy teeth and gums, and to prevent dental problems. We can’t stress the importance of early detection enough: any issues can be attended to early on, saving you time, money, stress, and/or discomfort.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Answer

Yes, we do have convenient third party financing. Please speak to our receptionist for payment plan details.

We also accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), debit cards and cash payment.

What can I do about stained or coloured teeth?

Answer

Teeth whitening is one of the most-requested cosmetic dental services. Anyone can achieve a brighter smile, and even the most deeply discoloured teeth can be whitened.

There are many methods available, from at-home teeth whitening kits and in-office professional teeth whitening to more permanent procedures such as veneers. A consultation with Dr. Bajwa about your concerns will help steer us in the right direction.

How can cosmetic dentistry help me?

Answer

Cosmetic dentistry improves the look of your smile. An improved physical appearance often leads to a boost in self-esteem. Many patients report feeling more confident and attractive – and no longer self-conscious about showing their teeth – which can lead to a positive affect in their interactions with others.

There are many different procedures to choose from depending on what you would like to have corrected (i.e. colour, shape, spacing, chipped tooth, etc.). See our Cosmetic Dentistry section to see some of the procedures available, or speak to Dr. Bajwa about your concerns.
