Straighten Your Teeth Without Braces

A simple yet innovative teeth straightening system, Invisalign® treatment has revolutionized orthodontics.

Invisalign Provider logoWith Invisalign clear aligners you are in control of your treatment—it’s up to you to wear it for as long as possible each day. Patients enjoy the flexibility of being able to remove it to eat certain foods, or to attend a special event. It’s easier to floss your teeth than with traditional braces, and you’ll spend less time in the hygiene chair for cleanings.

What Are Clear Aligners?

There are no braces involved with Invisalign treatment. It consists of clear BPA-free clear plastic retainers or “trays” that act as aligners without the metal brackets, bands, or wires.

In this revolutionary dental treatment, advanced computer imaging and 3D printing creates a series of comfortable retainers that gradually straighten your teeth. Looking like virtually invisible braces, no one may even notice that you’re wearing them. Since the aligners are removable, it’s much easier to eat your favourite foods and clean your teeth.

Even better: no painful brace adjustments or multiple dental visits are required.

Invisalign Treatment: What to Expect

Your initial consultation for Invisalign treatment in our Surrey clinic will only take 30 minutes to determine if you are a candidate, and includes photos of your teeth.

You will be fitted for Invisalign aligners starting with 3D digital images of your jaw. This unique technology will enable Dr. Bajwa to demonstrate how your teeth will be moved with the treatment, and how straight they’ll look after Invisalign treatment. Once planning is complete, the set of clear aligners are made.Invisalign Clear AlignerIf you wear the Invisalign aligners as directed, they will gently shift your teeth into the desired places. Initial results in some cases can be seen in as little as a few weeks.

Common Questions

Is Invisalign teeth straightening suitable for everyone?

Answer

Invisalign treatment is recommended for mild to moderate misalignment. It can correct crowding, spacing, deep bite, open bite, crossbite, edge-to-edge bite and excessive overbite. In other cases, veneers or other cosmetic treatments may be more suitable, or will be recommended as additional treatments to achieve the smile that you envision.

How often do I have to visit the clinic in Surrey for Invisalign treatment?

Answer

Fewer dental visits are required for Invisalign treatment than with traditional braces. We ask our patients to come in around every six weeks in order to monitor your teeth straightening progress.

How much does Invisalign treatment cost?

Answer

In most cases, Invisalign treatment is comparable to the cost of traditional braces. Dr. Bajwa will provide an estimate based on your teeth, treatment goals, length of treatment, and other factors. Invisalign treatment is covered by many dental policies, and our Surrey clinic offers monthly payment plans.
