The Sullivan Heights Dental team strives to provide friendly and exceptional care in a clean, relaxing environment. To help us consistently create a positive dental experience, we would appreciate if you take a moment to read through our office policies.
Appointments
Each appointment is time reserved especially for you, and our team will do the upmost to respect your time.
Our dental clinic is open extended hours for your convenience, to accommodate varying work schedules as well as children’s school responsibilities. We’ll do our best to meet your dental health care needs at a time that is convenient for you and your family.
Cancellations & No Shows
If you wish to change your scheduled appointment, our office requires a minimum notice of two business days. When our office is provided with advance notice of an appointment cancellation, it helps us to allocate the time to other patients in need of urgent treatment.
If less than two business days notice is provided to cancel an appointment, a $90.00 fee will be charged. This fee will also be applied in situations where no notice is given and you do not come to your scheduled appointment (a “no show”).
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of your dental appointment. Visa, MasterCard, Debit, AMEX and cash are all accepted methods of payment.
If there is a balance owing due to absence of payment from insurance, we kindly ask for payment upon your receipt of the invoice.
Financing of larger dental procedures and treatments is also available through PayBright. Ask us for details.

Dental Insurance
Sullivan Heights Dental accepts all major Canadian dental insurance plans. We’ll file the claim to the insurance company on your behalf and provide an estimate of coverage. However, since each plan can differ, we’re unable to guarantee that your insurance will provide the full estimated coverage.
We accept direct settlement from insurance plans, which means you will be asked to pay only the portion of the total fee estimated to be your cost. You’ll be required to pay for any costs not settled or covered by your insurance plan.
Please feel free to speak with our office to find out more detailed information regarding insurance coverage provided by your dental plan for a particular treatment.
